10 months almost 11

Xavier continues to be such a joy everyday. He's crawling crawling crawling. And now pulling up and scooting as much as he can. He actually is also letting go of his support and experiencing standing on his own. It may be for about 5 seconds but none the less he's very proud of himself. He's explored most of the house. We keep the door that leads back to the laundry room/trash/kitty litter area closed.

Our favorite new game is hide and seek. I leave him in the sun room and hide in the house then call to him, or sing songs etc. He follows my voice until he finds me. He's very proud of himself. He spends a lot of his day cat hunting. He mainly goes after Louie.

He starting to eat lots of grown up food. He loves loves loves shredded cheese. He gets that as an appetizer for most meals while I make the rest of his food. He new favorites are ribs, spinach/cheese ravioli, corn and black beans, rice, sausage, toast, egg yolks (scrambled and hard boiled). He does a lot of feeding himself with his fingers and this morning he fed himself with his spoon. He was having blueberry/raspberry mix with cereal. Needless to say he had fun and it was followed by a bath.

We're pretty sure he's already grown 1/2 and inch since he was 9 months. It's hard to keep up with what fits him and what doesn't. Pants wise he's mainly wearing 12-18 months. He have very long legs.

Sleeping wise he's gotten much much better, except Sunday nights. There's something about Sunday nights that makes him not sleep. Otherwise he's sleeping 7-8 hours straight and I'm pretty good about going to be shortly after him. So woohoo to actual sleep.
